GOD IS GREAT! Thank You to all who have been praying, and those making the sacrifice to help me dig out of this hole we got into over the slow summer months. We received $15,000 in the last few days and are down to the final $20k from our July shortfall, and the $55k from our August ministry operations.

I Thank You that through my relationship with You, I know where to turn in my hour of need. Sadly, many don't have that relationship and I pray today that I can help guide them to You, the only source of true strength and hope! In the name of Jesus I pray...AMEN!

Those who strive for fame and wealth and if they achieve it, why do they then want to end their life? Every week as I go thru entertainment news, there are a handful of famous singers, actors, models, social media influencers, and others well known to the general public who have died or tried to take their life. Why???

In just the last few days male model Presley Gerber, 27 and son of global model Cindy Crawford was found dead of a likely drug overdose...at a posh rehab facility in Los Angeles! Over the weekend we learned that 90s comedian Carrot Top, whose real name is Scott Christopher Thompson, had tried to commit suicide. There were another 5 or 6 people who had attained some level of fame who also had died, usually by suicide or through a drug overdose that usually involved fentanyl.

Chasing fame and fortune is nothing new. It is something people have sought throughout the 6,000 years of mankind. Fame and fortune was found primarily amongst those who had a God given gift to sing or perform in some way such as on TV and/or the movies. As I have shared often on the Liveprayer TV program, It has really only been in the last 100 years that entertainers have been glorified and worshipped as they are today.

Prior to the last 100 years, and even now in some countries, entertainers were viewed as low class individuals. Hundreds, even thousands of years ago those with a talent to sing, to act, to dance, were often “court jesters.” They performed for kings and queens, for the privileged class. They were admired for their gift, but not put on a pedestal as they are today. In the societal scheme they were not something people strived to be like.

The worship of entertainers probably started in earnest here in the United States in the 1930s with the advent of movies and radio, in the 50s as TV became a staple of daily life, and exploded over the last 25 years with the internet. Today many young people dream of being internet stars with all of the trappings of being famous and having massive wealth. Unlike years ago when you needed a real talent, in the internet age talent isn’t the prerequisite, being different in some way is!

Obviously like since the dawn of mankind sex sells. While you can’t ignore how the Kardashians have worked hard to become literal billionaires via their TV programs, perfumes, clothing lines, health and beauty products, their start came from a sex tape and they continue to be in the news and relevant due to pushing their sexuality.

Young men have also become famous pushing their sex appeal. Others in the internet age became popular due to some niche talent or ability that sets them apart and allowed them to gain followers online. The reality is the vast percentage of these internet stars have no real marketable talent, just the ability to do something people find interesting that allows them to attract millions of viewers.

There is a saying that fame is hollow and often fleeting. Another says that money can’t really make you happy. It is when people who are famous wake up one day and realize their life isn’t that fulfilling, that they are empty, despite millions who know who they are. They live in a big house and drive luxury cars, jet set around the globe, but they know something is missing. WHAT IS MISSING IS JESUS!!!

Sadly, as they look for fulfillment, to be “happy,” they end up looking to drugs, alcohol, sex, relationships, to satisfy them for a moment. When that moment wears off, they are fully aware that they are not just unhappy but that their life really has no meaning or purpose. The things of this temporal world really don’t provide the true fulfillment they seek.

While we are focused on people who are well known, famous for something, this is the plight of all men and women! This unfulfilled feeling, the realization there has to be more to life than working, eating, hobbies, even our earthly relationships, something bigger than ourselves, causes people to start searching for what that “something bigger” is.

Unfortunately because the church and ministries focus on ministering to people who are already Christians, those searching end up turning to the temporal things of this world like drugs and alcohol, sex, hobbies, for fulfillment that they can never find. That is because we all have a “hole” that only Jesus can fill. A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS IS THE ONLY THING THAT CAN SATISFY THAT YEARNING, THAT LONGING MEN ARE LOOKING FOR!

Pray my friend, and know that if you have Jesus you have it all. It is now up to you to tell others about Jesus so they too can find the peace, the joy, the abundance in this life ONLY POSSIBLE THRU A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS! AMEN!!!

Advocating our beliefs as effectively as those who serve satan! I sit back in amazement day after day watching the advocates for satan take their stand in the marketplace and advance their agenda. From those who want to kill babies, to those who want special rights for the LGBTQ community, to those who want to take God out of the public square, to those who represent false religions like Islam and cults like Mormonism, to those who promote the traps of this world like pornography, drugs, alcohol, and sinful sex, as well as those who simply hate Christ and Christians.

Satan's minions are focused, well financed, tireless, and tenacious as they advocate his evil agenda that lead to destroyed lives and souls burning in hell for all eternity!!!

I was watching in amazement last week as an MSNBC host mocked and ridiculed those who believe God's account of creation and those who hold a Biblical worldview. Evolution is NOT scientific fact as those who reject the Biblical account of creation contend, but simply a "theory." It is a theory that many in the scientific community REJECT!

To go on national TV and proclaim the LIE that science has proven evolution is the correct explanation for how the world came to be is not only dishonest, but shows how satan's advocates will tell a lie loud enough and long enough until the masses accept it as the truth.

The secular media does a great job of portraying Christians as ignorant, uneducated, foolish people who lay aside all reason to believe in fairy tales. The FACT is, Christianity is SUPPORTED by science, archeology, and history, and is not some blind leap in the dark. The Bible clearly answers all of the questions of life like where did we come from, why are we here, where are we going, something the world CANNOT explain!

Those who adopt a non-Biblical worldview are forced to adopt any number of worldly explanations for life, leaving each person up to their own imagination to try and determine these basic answers about life.

Christians have removed ourselves so far from the culture, that we have virtually NO impact on the culture any longer, and when we do venture into the marketplace we are quickly savaged by the minions of satan. I have spent the last 34 years of my life, virtually 24/7/365 in the marketplace in the secular media, on the Internet, on TV, reaching out to the masses outside the four walls of the church.

I can't even being to tell you the incredible warfare I deal with daily in taking on satan's minions head on each day. I fully understand why pastors hide behind their pulpits in the safety of their churches, why virtually all Christian ministries operate within the safety of the "Christian trough." Who needs the daily wars and the non-stop attacks. It is frustrating watching satan advance his cause because those who serve Christ either don't care enough or aren't strong enough to take a stand for Him.

People tear into me all the time for lambasting the compromise and greed of those like Joel Osteen, Rick Warren, TD Jakes, and others who have large national platforms. That is because I KNOW that for a fraction of what these guys generate for their own kingdom, incredible headway could be made in our culture for God's Kingdom!

Sadly, these men and many others have decided, like most of the priests and leaders on the Old Testament, that leading this nation to God and righteousness wasn't as important as creating their own following for the temporal riches and rewards of this world. They are more interested in pleasing men than pleasing God!

I have been at this for 34 years now. Let me lay this out to you so anyone can understand it. Why did Limbaugh have the political clout he did? A three-hour daily radio program. How did Oprah become one of the most powerful woman in the media? Because of her one-hour daily TV program on for decades and now her own cable network. Nobody on secular TV or radio is going to put on a program that takes a Biblical worldview on the issues of the day because it "offends" too many people.

The FACT is, there are millions out there who love the Lord, and are simply looking for a way to have their voice heard and make their life count!!! IF WE ARE GOING TO TAKE ON SATAN, WE HAVE TO TAKE HIM ON, ON HIS TURF! IF THE TOOLS OF SATAN CAN BE SUCH GREAT ADVOCATES FOR THE ENEMY, WE SHOULD BE EVEN GREATER ADVOCATES FOR CHRIST AND HIS TRUTH!!!

I love you and care about you so much. This is why we have been ineffective in fighting the advocates of satan. Those ministries and Christian groups with the resources, choose to invest them in the Christian media where they can keep the money train rolling! They aren't interested in saving souls or in standing for Christ in the marketplace. As a matter of fact, every time they get the chance, they RUN.

Osteen brags about not talking about sin. Jakes never speaks out against the anti-Biblical beliefs in the Hollywood community he loves being part of. Warren gets on his knees and begs the sodomite community to forgive him for standing for traditional marriage. With "leaders" like this, it is no wonder why we have little to no impact on our culture!!!

I can only encourage you today. God has raised up Liveprayer for this moment in human history. God is calling you today and wants to use you today to help me bring true revival to this nation. Yes, eventfully this nation will be judged for our sins and wickedness, but I believe we can stay God's hand of judgment just like Nineveh did when they repented.

Over 120,000 souls were saved in Nineveh because they turned to God! I believe that we can see millions repent and turn to God in the wake of a true spiritual revival. You can keep living your life, taking care of yourself, or you can sacrifice your life and allow God to use you for His glory. When you come to the end of your life, it is not what you did for yourself that will matter, but what you did for God.

Once again. When you come to the end of your life, it is not what you did for yourself that will matter, but what you did for God!!!
